Job Summary:
The ideal volunteer supports the operations team in ensuring efficient and effective processes. This role involves various operation and logistical tasks to enhance operational productivity.
Key Responsibilities:Client Interaction and Support: Assist WWH clients with applying for programs, identifying resources, and providing support.
Client Home Maintenance and Support:. Schedule services for the homes on an as-needed basis.
Logistic Support: Assist with scheduling appointments for the pantry, organizing/maintaining the pantry for shopping, and maintaining documentation.
Data Entry and Management: Input and update data in databases and spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality..
Project Support: Assist with special projects and initiatives, providing logistical and operations support as required.
Phone/Email Inquiries: Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries received via telephone or email, and execute actions with little to no supervision required.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
