Job Summary:

The ideal volunteer supports the operations team in ensuring efficient and effective processes. This role involves various operation and logistical tasks to enhance operational productivity.

• Client Interaction and Support: Assist WWH clients with applying for programs, identifying resources, and providing support.

• Client Home Maintenance and Support:. Schedule services for the homes on an as-needed basis.

• Logistic Support: Assist with scheduling appointments for the pantry, organizing/maintaining the pantry for shopping, and maintaining documentation.

• Data Entry and Management: Input and update data in databases and spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality..

• Project Support: Assist with special projects and initiatives, providing logistical and operations support as required.

• Phone/Email Inquiries: Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries received via telephone or email, and execute actions with little to no supervision required.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
