Are you passionate about creating online communities and connecting people from different walks of life? GeneralGiist, a community forum where everyone is encouraged to engage, connect, and be heard, is looking for enthusiastic Marketing & Social Media Specialists!
As a volunteer, you'll be helping us build our online presence and engage with users across various platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, and Linkedin. Your role will be crucial in building momentum for our upcoming launch and keeping users engaged.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a content posting schedule for social media platforms.
- Create engaging and shareable posts that align with GeneralGiist’s vision.
- Promote the forum through Twitter, Facebook, and other channels.
- Analyze social media engagement and adjust strategies based on feedback and analytics.
- Collaborate with the GeneralGiist team to brainstorm creative marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Experience in social media management or marketing.
- Strong communication skills and creativity.
- Familiarity with content creation tools like Canva, Buffer, or Hootsuite (preferred).
- Passionate about building inclusive and engaging online communities.
