Do you love organizing events and bringing people together? SCORE Utah is looking for dedicated volunteers to help coordinate workshops, speed networking events, and community outreach activities. As an Event Planner, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the success of our events, helping small businesses connect with valuable resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate SCORE Utah workshops, networking events, and community gatherings
- Manage event logistics, including venues, scheduling, and volunteer coordination
- Work with marketing teams to promote events and ensure high participation
- Collaborate with SCORE mentors and subject matter experts to design impactful events
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in event planning, project management, or community organizing
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Commitment: Varies by event (approximately 10-15 hours per month)
