The DMC is a registered 501(c)(7) organization and support network for moms in and around Durham, NC. The DMC currently has over 700 members with children mostly between newborn and age 7. The club was founded in 1988 with the mission Friendship - Support - Education. We hold events such as playdates, mom night outs, book clubs, educational events, and more.

The fall festival is one of our biggest events of the year (we expect around 75-100 families to be in attendance). It’s an opportunity to give back to our members. It allows us to bring our members and their families together for a fun family event, with food, activities and entertainment. We know being a mom/parent is tough, and our goal is to offer support and a sense of community through events like our fall festival.

We are looking for volunteers to help with general setup as well as help during the event to help make it a success.
