Description

Universal Maidens Association Cameroon(UNIMAC) IS a non-profit organization with Headquarter in Bamenda II.Founded in 2021 by scholars who wish to appropriately to the growing need to mainstream gender in development projects and programs and ensure both men and women fully participate as actors, partners and beneficiaries of development initiatives, state or non-state.
UNIMAC takes a rights-based approach to its development,humaniterian and advocacy work such as gender mainstreaming, transformative leardership,women empowerment, partnership and networking, lobbying and advocacy, research and documentation.

our goal is to ensure all maidens gaining power and taking collective action are the most importance drivers of sustained improvement in women rights, a powerful force to end poverty for themselves and others.

our programs are women empowerment. Women rights promotion, gender and health, gender and education, gender, gender,governace and peace building

we have been able to reach out to more than ten thousand maidens in Cameroon through our platform where they are able to explain their challanges,setbacks,stories and their pride. Many of them are ambassadors of girls right in their various communities and also holding many leadership positions. Many today are entrepreneurs with businesses in their communities.

  • He/she Should have a mastery of project and grants writing and should be able to show proof of obtaining fundings for previous projects of an entity. Should have a minimum of bachelor's degree in project management.
