We are seeking passionate and knowledgeable individuals to volunteer as speakers for our upcoming Youth Empowerment Workshop Series. If you have expertise in any of the following areas, we invite you to share your insights and experiences with our motivated young participants.
Our workshops are held in-person on Saturdays or Sundays and run for a minimum of 2 hours. As a speaker, you must be willing to collaborate with our Executive Director to create a fun and interactive workshop experience tailored specifically for young people.
Black History Workshop- Overview: We are looking for a speaker to engage youth in a workshop exploring key moments in Black history and its influence on society today. This workshop will educate and inspire students to understand and appreciate the importance of Black contributions throughout history.
- Ideal Speaker: Historians, educators, or individuals passionate about African American history and culture who can bring history to life and connect it to contemporary issues.
