Are you looking for a rewarding way to give back to the community while supporting your favorite charity? Become a Cgaming Volunteer and help raise much-needed funds while gaining hands-on experience in a fun and dynamic environment!

Position: Cgaming Volunteer
Location: Rama Gaming House
Commitment: 6 hours per month
Training: Full training provided (OCGA online training + in-house session)

Duties:
As a volunteer, you will help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all patrons while supporting the success of your charity. Your role will include:

- Greeting patrons with a warm welcome and a smile.
- Calling back bingos and ball tickets.
- Clearing tables of garbage and papers (please check with patrons first to ensure they are done with their items).
- Assisting with delivery of food and drink trays (non-alcoholic).
- Assisting with promotional handouts to patrons.
- Walking through the Tap Tix (Slot Machine) area, checking on patrons and engaging in conversation where possible.
- Assisting with the Loyalty Program if requested (training will be provided).
- ther tasks may be assigned in the future as needed.

Requirements:

- Commitment: 6 hours per month.
- Training:
1. OCGA Online Training- Must complete the OCGA online training before starting. This can be done from the comfort of your own home and will take around 30 minutes. Once completed, it will automatically notify the volunteer coordinator and OCGA.
2. In-House Training - A mandatory in-house training session will take place, lasting approximately 1 hour. This session will typically be held on a Saturday and will familiarize you with the layout of the hall and how to operate the machines.
