We are looking for dedicated individulas to volunteer on our county concils. Montgomery, Gasconade, Franklin, Crawford, and Phelps counties in Missouri. Our council members attend meetings once a month via zoom and are tasked with assisting in student outreach, volunteer recruitment, and annual fundraising. This may include distributing flyers in local communities, hosting tables and local events, speaking at local events, or asking for donations from area businesses or individuals. You do not have to do all of these things, but we are looking for volunteers that can do some of these things and work with the committee members to help accomplish all of them.
Our goal is to support our Adult Education and Literacy program which provides free classes for High school equivalency and English as a second language.
