You are invited to join Restore Hope as we distribute Christmas stockings to the residents of the Harriet Tubman Women's Shelter in Washington, DC. No experience necessary!
Volunteers will have the opportunity to help hand out stockings and Christmas cards as well as spend some time socializing with the shelter residents. We are a faith-based organization so we encourage volunteers to pray with the ladies if they feel comfortable.

Restore Hope’s mission is to build relationships with women experiencing homelessness, providing them with resource connections while working to discover and address the underlying causes of their situation.
Description
Restore Hope was founded in light of Isaiah 61:1-4 and Matthew 25:33-45 with the mission to connect homeless women to vital resources while building relationships with them and working to uncover and address the underlying causes of each person’s situation. Taking the time to build relationships not only reminds these women that they matter, but allows Restore Hope to provide personalized services that address each woman’s unique situation.
