About Kingdoms United

Kingdoms United brings people from diverse backgrounds together with the common goal of empowering youth to become resilient, compassionate leaders. We offer programs that promote personal development, life skills, financial literacy, and family support. As a volunteer, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the future by providing mentorship and support to young people in our community.

Volunteer Responsibilities

  • Mentor Youth: Guide youth ages 10-21 through activities that promote leadership, life skills, and personal development.
  • Assist with Workshops & Events: Support youth workshops, college tours, career activities, and other events (e.g., resume building, CPR training).
  • Community Engagement: Help facilitate volunteer events, field trips, and social engagement projects.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with tracking program activities, coordinating schedules, and maintaining records.
  • Gala and Fundraising Events: Participate in the planning and execution of events like our annual fundraising gala.
  • Youth Support: Provide emotional encouragement to young individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, or academic challenges.

Qualifications

  • Passionate about working with youth and empowering future leaders.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of volunteers and staff.
  • Experience in youth mentorship, education, social work, or community engagement (preferred but not required).
  • Must pass a background check.
  • Available for at least 4 hours per week (flexible scheduling available).
