**Role Summary:**
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Volunteer Event Program Coordinator to join our team. This role is integral to the planning, execution, and evaluation of our diverse range of art-related events and programs. The ideal candidate will share our vision of uplifting communities through art and will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our events run smoothly and effectively.


**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Event Planning and Coordination:**
- Assist in the development and planning of art-based wellness workshops, community paint events, and other foundation programs.
- Coordinate logistics for events including venue selection, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Liaise with artists, workshop leaders, and volunteers to ensure smooth event execution.
2. **Community Engagement:**
- Build and nurture relationships with community members, local organizations, schools, and other stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration with our target demographic to ensure their needs and preferences are met in our programs.
3. **Program Administration:**
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to participant registrations, inventory, and event feedback.
- Assist in the preparation of program materials, including promotional literature and participant guides.
4. **Promotion and Marketing:**
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through social media, newsletters, and community outreach.
- Develop creative strategies to increase event participation and community involvement.
5. **Evaluation and Reporting:**
- Gather and analyze feedback from program participants and stakeholders to continuously improve event offerings.
- Assist in the preparation of reports summarizing program outcomes, testimonials, and areas for growth.


**Qualifications:**
- Passion for community service and an interest in the arts, mental well-being, and healing through creative practices.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with a diverse audience.
- Experience in event planning, program coordination, or community engagement is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using office software, including word processors, spreadsheets, and collaboration tools.
- Enthusiasm, creativity, and a proactive approach in addressing challenges.
