Description: LOCO POR LA AVENTURA is looking for an experienced Grant Writer to join our team as a volunteer. Our nonprofit organization is focused on promoting educational equity and outdoor engagement for the Latino community, and we need your help to secure funding for our programs in 2025.

Role and Responsibilities: As our Grant Writer, you will:

  • Research potential grant opportunities that align with our mission.
  • Draft compelling grant proposals to support outdoor programs such as leadership training, community climbing events, and youth outreach.
  • Collaborate with our team to gather necessary data and financial information.
  • Help submit grant applications and follow up with funders.

What We’re Looking For: We need a grant writer with experience in securing funds for nonprofit organizations. Ideally, you’ll have a track record of successful proposals and a passion for supporting underserved communities. Your expertise will help us meet our funding goals and expand our outdoor programs for 2025, impacting hundreds of Latinos through nature, adventure, and education.
