Distribute flyers for Wilder Child Development Center

Help local families find our services! We need your help sharing Wilder materials with local organizations to help folks access childcare and preschool for their children.

You can volunteer individually or with a partner - whichever you prefer. Flexible timing based around your availability after initial training.

Responsibilities:

· Pick up outreach materials from Wilder’s Child Development Center during business hours

· Utilize a predetermined list and/or research additional local organizations and call or visit them to ask if they accept posters or other outreach materials

· Visit community/rec centers, clinics, churches, co-ops, other organizations, or neighbors near the CDC in St. Paul to deliver Wilder materials

· Report back to your volunteer supervisor regarding what places accepted materials and if you have any other useful information to share

Qualifications:

• Access to transportation to visit local organizations.
• Comfort walking into new spaces and approaching people to ask about flyering options.
• Be 18 years of age or older.

· Ability to interact with and assist people of varying backgrounds, cultures and identities, including race, ethnicity, class, sexual orientation, ability, gender, gender expression, religion, etc.

· Choose the day/time that work best for them and are asked to volunteer for 1 hour or more. We ask that you help us deliver materials once per month for 3 months; then, every other month to keep distribution updated and external sites stocked.

· Must be available for a brief training at Wilder’s 911 Lafond Ave. location during daytime business hours.
