Event Overview:
Our annual Pooch Parade is the place to be this Halloween! It’s not just a dog parade-it’s a full day of fun, including a pumpkin patch, arts & crafts, local vendors, and more. You’ll get to enjoy the sights of creative dog costumes and join the Midtown community for this spook-tacular event.
Role Details:
We’re seeking friendly volunteers to manage the Info Booth and provide event details to our guests. This role is perfect if you love chatting with people and helping them find their way. You’ll also assist participants with registering for fun contests like the pup costume contest and treat-counting challenge.
Responsibilities:
- Set up the Info Booth with event maps, schedules, and brochures.
- Greet guests and provide information about event activities and vendors.
- Assist with costume contest registration and the treat-counting contest.
- Break down the Info Booth after the event.

Volunteers will receive a $25 gift card to a local Midtown/Sutter District restaurant! Come help us make this event the best one yet and enjoy the Halloween festivities with adorable pups!

As the owners association for two Property Business Improvement Districts (PBID) and two Restaurant Business Improvement Districts (BID), Midtown Association is the organization behind many incredible landscaping and lighting projects, efforts to keep our community clean and safe, and acts as the voice of the community to create a vibrant and lively neighborhood full of character.
