Creo College Prep is a new public charter middle school that opened in 2019. We are building our team of hardworking, results-oriented educators who embody our mission: to educate students to thrive in college and to assume responsibility for identifying and solving problems in our community and our world.
We are seeking college interns at Creo College Prep for the 2024-2025 school year. THRIVE at CreoWork with a team of like-minded, mission aligned educators who believe that we should be a better teacher tomorrow than we are today. Your hard work is supported by regular check-ins and practice with your coach to ensure the internship aligns to your goals and aspirations. We respect teachers; our team is provided high-quality curriculum, supplies, and protected work time and space. We believe in working hard, and we believe in working smart. We prize ingenuity - do you get excited about 6th graders building their own circuits? Do you know that 5th graders can grow two reading levels in a year with the right approach? Can you already see the 7th grade production of Othello? Here, you can make it happen.
Make your voice heard as a team member, building a school from the ground up. Our team is comprised of seasoned veterans, graduate school students, new teachers and some who have been with us since their undergraduate studies, and we know that excellence is the result of practice, iteration, and never being satisfied with our last effort. We aren't walking into a school - we're building one. The work will be hard, and it will be worth it.
