ORGANIZATION: ACADEMY FOR PRECISION LEARNING INC

  • Spots available: 0

If you are certified in Salesforce, have some free time, and are seeking a project you can sink your teeth in then this may be for you!
Use Case:
> A Staff or Volunteer requests a contact (individual) so they can become the point of contact for the person.
DETAILS:
> This must be a no additional cost to our nonprofit.
>User has a link and can submit a form which the data checks the Salesforce CRM and lets the requester know if the individual is in our CRM. If not they are automatically added as a point of contact (ideally). Not sure the automation can work...
>Our Director of Advancement (DOA) manually assigns in the CRM. Here is why:
> If the individual being requested already has a point of contact, the DOA reviews and discusses the relationships and then assigns the POC (within the CRM).
>When the requester is submitting they are providing the following data:
first name*
last name*
email address*
Address info including address, city state and zip.
Relationship notes: How they know the person

Aside from the form, we would like you to create a POC report depicting who requested and who was assigned.
