The Moonlight Movies Volunteer Assistant works with park staff to set-up, present, and take down the equipment and theatrics involved in presenting the bi-weekly (twice a month) movie to park guests.
Primary Duties :
· Assist with bringing theater equipment from storage to the gazebo.
· Set up speaker system including positioning and wiring.
· As a team, carefully expand and set up the movie screen the movie, using straps to safely secure it to the gazebo.
· Set up the visual and audio projection equipment in front of the screen.
· Adjust the necessary spotlights in the park to face down and away from the show area
· Test the equipment before the program starts.
· Enjoy the movie!
· Carefully and safely take down equipment after the presentation, return equipment to storage.
· Adjust Park spotlights back to their original position.
