Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding talented volunteers and staff who are committed to supporting children of divorce. This role plays a critical part in growing our team and ensuring that we have the right people in place to make a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for volunteer and staff roles.
• Identify potential volunteers through community outreach, networking, and partnerships.
• Screen applications, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates for their fit with the organization’s mission and values.
• Coordinate with department leads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely recruitment.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new recruits, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate outreach, interviews, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, community organizations, and online platforms to expand recruitment channels.
