At Empowered Futures, we are dedicated to creating confident, emotionally intelligent, and resourceful adults through self-empowerment, business mentorship, and unwavering support, to help them build their capability and reap their full potential.

This volunteer position offers a unique opportunity to utilize your skills and contribute to making a significant impact on individuals' lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating on various projects, ranging from creating social media graphics to participating in large-scale marketing initiatives for Empowered Futures.
  • Developing clear and engaging graphic communications for both print and web platforms.
  • Translate messaging concepts into effective marketing materials.
  • Adapting and enhancing existing brand design standards, including icons, assets, images, and other components.
  • Attend weekly standup meetings Saturdays at 5:00pm MDT and bi-weekly Tuesdays at 12:00 pm MDT

Qualifications:

  • Experience in graphic design. Experience in AI is considered an asset.
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite, Google Suite, and Canva.
  • Skilled in conceptualizing digital/print layouts, advertising, and website design.
  • Knowledgeable in digital content strategies, website styling, and social media design trends.
