Position Summary:
The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy for Precious Pairs Inc. This role includes managing the organization’s brand, overseeing online and offline marketing campaigns, and ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms. The Marketing Director will work closely with other departments to increase public awareness, attract donors, and engage volunteers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to promote the mission, programs, and services of Precious Pairs Inc.

  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent and compelling branding across all communications channels, including the website, social media, print materials, and events.

  • Campaigns and Content Creation: Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, including content creation for digital platforms, brochures, newsletters, and other promotional materials. Develop engaging and impactful storytelling to highlight the organization’s impact.

  • Social Media and Online Presence: Lead efforts to expand the organization’s social media presence and engagement. Oversee the creation and scheduling of posts, campaigns, and advertising across platforms.

  • Donor and Volunteer Engagement: Work with the development team to create marketing materials that engage and inspire donors, volunteers, and partners.

  • Collaborations and Partnerships: Establish and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and potential collaborators to amplify the organization's visibility.

  • Analytics and Reporting: Track the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed. Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated
