Do you enjoy activities such as playing cards/games, talking, puzzles, watching tv, reading, arts & crafts, etc.? By becoming a Hospice Activities Volunteer, you can bring joy to the lives of hospice patients with things you love doing!
CorsoCare Hospice is seeking compassionate, empathetic individuals who are willing to give their time and supportive presence by visiting hospice patients in facility settings and occasionally private homes in Pickerington and engaging them in low-key activities.
You will be provided ongoing one-on-one staff support throughout your service with us and will be invited to voluntary education opportunities and appreciation events.

The CorsoCare Hospice Volunteer Program exists to provide uplifting support, life enrichment, companionship, and supportive presence to our end-of-life patients and their families. This is achieved through the following: compassionate care, consistent training, targeted Plan of Care, and therapeutic Interventions. - We ask that new volunteers make a minimum 3-month commitment and dedicate 4-6 hours each month to volunteering.
- New volunteers must complete an online application, virtual interview, background check, online orientation, fingerprinting, and TB testing with CorsoCare Hospice covering all expenses.
