As a Scheduling Coordinator, you’ll be the first voice and face for women and men in the midst of an unplanned pregnancy. You hold a vital role in extending compassion, grace, and hope. By offering a warm, non-judgmental welcome, you initiate trust with those feeling uncertain or overwhelmed.
Through this role, you will serve as a bridge to the transformative services CAPS provides. With empathy, you'll communicate the importance of our support, answer questions, and assist in scheduling appointments. Your ministry begins the moment you speak, guiding each patient into an environment where they are valued, accepted, and supported in their time of need.
By ensuring smooth and compassionate access to our services, you will be a key player in helping individuals receive the care and encouragement they need, all while reflecting the heart of our mission to serve with love and grace.
