Position Summary: The Corporate Donations Coordinator will be instrumental in securing in-kind donations, such as food, litter, and supplies, from local businesses and corporations to support Cat Rescue Team's mission. This volunteer position involves outreach, relationship-building, and effective communication to engage corporate partners in our mission to care for and rehome cats in need. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about animal welfare and has experience in sales, marketing, or community outreach.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential corporate partners that align with Cat Rescue Team's mission.
• Develop and implement a strategy for soliciting in-kind donations, focusing on cat food, litter, and other essential supplies.
• Create compelling proposals to communicate the benefits of partnership to potential donors.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key contacts at local businesses and corporations.
• Follow up with companies after initial outreach to secure commitments and express appreciation for their support.
• Coordinate logistics for donation pickup and delivery, ensuring timely and efficient collection of supplies.
• Keep detailed records of donor contributions and track the impact of in-kind donations on the organization’s operations.
• Collaborate with the fundraising team to integrate corporate donations into broader fundraising efforts.

Requirements:

• Strong passion for animal welfare, particularly for cats and their care.
• Experience in sales, marketing, community outreach, or a desire to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships.
• Proficiency in writing persuasive proposals.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple relationships and projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible schedule, with a commitment of at least 5 hours per week.
