I hope this message finds you well. My name is Kelly Normandin, and I am the Maine Outreach Coordinator for B.O.N.E.S. (Beagles of New England States), a rescue organization dedicated to rescuing and rehoming beagles across Maine and the greater New England area. We’re currently seeking compassionate and committed volunteers to join us in making a difference in the lives of beagles in need!

We have various volunteer opportunities available, including:

• Fostering beagles until they find their forever homes
• Adoption counseling
• Conducting home visits
• Transporting dogs
• Supporting special events
• Clerical and administrative duties

No matter where you are in Maine, there are ways you can help! We're also in need of foster homes to temporarily care for our beagles while they await adoption.

In addition, we will be attending Barktoberfest on October 20 at Bigelow Brewing Company in Skowhegan, and we would love to invite volunteers to join us there. It’s a great opportunity to meet like-minded individuals, support our mission, and learn more about our efforts.
