We are looking for new volunteers to join us at Seconds Sale 2024! The Seconds Sale is a crucial fundraiser for Snow Farm that takes place over 3 weekends in November. We transform our craft studios to sell work from over 250 artists! It's a whirlwind, fun event and it takes ALL hands on deck to pull it off. ⁠Join us for just one 3.5 shift or volunteer multiple days! ⁠

Volunteers accrue credit toward workshop discounts based on the number of hours worked. BONUS! During the Seconds Sale, volunteers also get a 10% discount on their purchases at the sale the day they work - win, win!! ⁠

⁠The dates for the Seconds Sale this year are:⁠
November 15, 16, 17
November 22, 23, 24
November 29, 30, Dec 1⁠
⁠
We are looking for volunteers to fill to following roles:⁠
⁠
Cashiers: oversee and run sales, reconcile the cash at the end of the day, and assist with packing as needed⁠
⁠
Packers: pack sale items, re-stock and tidy the gallery, and help monitor the gallery
⁠
Monitors: help answer questions, restock the gallery, and monitor gallery capacity⁠
⁠
Parking attendants: assist with directing visitors to our parking area, and help the Parking Manager track attendance
⁠
Take-down help: organize and pack leftover work with care to be returned to participating artists
