We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to volunteer with Kiran Foundation on a remote and unpaid basis. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our digital presence, creating engaging user experiences, and supporting our mission.

Job Title: UI/UX Designer Volunteer (Remote & Unpaid)
Organization: Kiran Foundation
Location: Remote (Work from anywhere)
Duration: 3-6 months (Flexible)


Responsibilities:

1. Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our website, social media, and digital campaigns.
2. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new features and pages.
3. Conduct user research, analyze user feedback, and iterate on design improvements.
4. Collaborate with our content team to create consistent branding and messaging.
5. Develop and maintain our design style guide and design assets.
6. Provide design support for fundraising campaigns, events, and social media initiatives.
7. Work closely with our development team to ensure seamless implementation of designs.


Requirements:

1. Experience in UI/UX design.
2. Strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
3. Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
4. Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles.
5. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
7. Passion for social impact and commitment to volunteering.
