IF STEM Internship Experience Interview Panel

The IF Academy is in need of 5-7 individuals to volunteer to be part of an interview panel to identify the most capable interns for our organization. The ideal volunteers for this opportunity will be individuals with prior experience in STEM related fields or industries and/or possibly prior experience interviewing candidates. The Interview of a candidate consist of a rubric and a set of questions will be provided for volunteers interested in participating in this opportunity to use as a question bank.

The interview panel will assemble and be given all the instructions and documents necessary to perform their duties as a panel. The orientation for the interview panel will occur Sunday October 13th 2024 at 3PM EST (10/13/2024 at 3PM EST). The time slots for interviews will be provided to the candidates and will be the evenings of 10/14 - 16/2024 from 7PM EST - 10PM EST in 30 minute increments per candidate with a five minute window before and after each interview to calculate rubrics and to discuss the performance of the candidates.
