The Leader of One Program Coordinator will oversee EmpowerHer’s "Leader of One" initiative, designed to help young women build self-leadership skills, foster personal growth, and become more confident leaders in all areas of their lives. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for planning, managing, and evaluating the program, ensuring that participants receive high-quality content and support. This role is perfect for someone passionate about youth empowerment, personal development, and leadership education.

• Develop and implement engaging program curricula focused on self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and leadership development.
• Coordinate virtual workshops, group discussions, and activities to facilitate personal growth and leadership skill-building.
• Recruit and manage guest speakers, facilitators, and mentors to contribute to the program’s success.
• Monitor and evaluate participant progress, providing guidance and feedback to support individual learning goals.
• Serve as the main point of contact for participants, offering encouragement and support throughout the program.
• Create and distribute program materials, resources, and weekly communication updates.
• Collaborate with the EmpowerHer leadership team to refine the program based on participant feedback and outcomes.
