Always Present Hospice is looking for compasssionate and giving individuals that would like to share their musical talents to greatly enhance the lives of others. Music is very important for everyone but especially for the elderly. It has the power to bring comfort and joy to hospice patients who are at an emotional time in their lives. Music volunteers will be provided training and mentorship to ensure they are well prepared and confident with their patient interactions and comfortable in the setting they are playing in. Description
Providing care in Gilbert and the surrounding area, our RN owners have over 65 years of combined nursing experience and see our own, beloved, family members in the eyes of every patient we serve. We are a small agency with the goal of providing personalized, dignified and respectful care to each, and every one of our patients, just as we would hope for our own family members.
It is our goal, through the care we provide that our patients and their loved ones will have the opportunity to create special moments and memories in a comfortable, caring, dignified, and respectful environment, where the wishes and desires for their personal journey are our priority and duty.
