The Duck Sanctuary, currently in Menifee, CA, has at last acquired property for a permanent location! It's all hands on deck for October 2024 and beyond! The new property - in Anza, CA - needs clean-up, building of pens, ponds and small structures all while getting the ducks, geese and other birds ready and transported. If you have a truck - large or small - and/or trailer, dollies, boxes, crates, etc. it all could be useful. There will be a variety of opportunities, most involving some form of physical work, and your help can be just once or continuing - whatever time and talents you can donate will be much apppreciated.

Understanding the plight of these intelligent and social creatures, we stand as a beacon of hope, offering them a safe haven and forever homes where they can thrive and be appreciated for their unique personalities. We strive to educate the community about the responsibilities of caring for these animals and the cruelty of abandonment, fostering a world where waterfowl are valued and cared for, regardless of the circumstances leading to their rescue.
