At Dev Launchers, we are seeking a React Tech Lead to drive innovation and efficiency within our User Profile. As the React Tech Lead, you will guide a team of front-end developers, ensuring high-quality code and exceptional user experiences. You'll lead technical discussions, manage project workflows, and mentor junior developers. Your role is pivotal in shaping our front-end architecture and development practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Availability: The Tech Lead must be available on the Sundays for team meetings and mentoring junior developers.

  • Team Management: Oversee and mentor a team of front-end developers, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality code output.

  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, designers, and backend developers to ensure seamless integration and project delivery.

  • Code Review: Conduct regular code reviews, providing constructive feedback to maintain code quality and adherence to best practices.

  • Technical Leadership: Lead technical discussions and decisions, helping to shape the frontend architecture and technology stack.

  • Development: Actively participate in front-end development tasks, setting a high standard for code quality and performance.

  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve technical issues, providing solutions to complex front-end challenges.

  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for front-end processes, code standards, and best practices.

  • Communication: Act as a point of contact for development inquiries from our and other teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Required Skills:
  • Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React. Tailwind & Next.js is beneficial.

  • Version Control: Proficient with Git and version control best practices.

  • Build Tools: Experience with frontend build tools like npm or yarn.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including designers, backend developers, and project managers.

  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Scrum.
