Are you passionate about making a difference in your community? Join our SAVE LGBTQ+ team of dedicated volunteers as we canvass neighborhoods to spread awareness about important issues and encourage community involvement. On this Day of Action, we will be conversing with voters at their doorstep to get support for Dean Trantalis, Norby Belz, and Jim Brenner and make a voting plan. Your time and energy will make a significant impact on our community. No experience necessary. Breakfast and lunch will be provided. A short training session will be conducted before launching the door-to-door canvass, covering talking points. The actual canvassing time is about 2 hours.

SAVE is recognized as South Florida’s longest serving organization dedicated to protecting people who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) against discrimination.
Since 1993, SAVE has advocated for equal rights for persons of all sexual orientations and gender identities. We accomplish this through grassroots action focused on:
- Political Advocacy - Working to promote local, state, and federal policy change by building community consensus.
- Community Outreach - Changing hearts and minds by educating the people of South Florida about LGBTQ issues.
- Candidate Endorsements - Supporting political leaders committed to ending LGBTQ discrimination.
