Seeking an innovative and energetic person to promote Pacific West Music of the Blind (PWMB). Pursue grant and other funding sources. Create new and fun networking connections where it supports visually impaired and blind musicians and those seeking to learn music. Solicit music teachers to teach this part of our population. Help become a trailblazer for a new project to design and develop a PWMB Marching Drumline with blind and visually impaired band members!
