Position Title: Student Intern

Time Commitment: 10 - 20 hours per week (Afternoons, schedule to be determined with community partners)

Position Description:

As a Student Intern, you will collaborate with experienced professionals and gain valuable skills in event planning, organization, and support for school activities and community initiatives. Your role will be tailored to align with your interests and career goals, fostering both your academic and professional growth.

Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and organizing events, providing logistical support and coordination.

Support various activities and community partners.

Collaborate with staff and fellow interns to ensure successful project execution.

Help develop promotional materials and communications for events.

Participate in meetings and contribute ideas on project progress.

Complete assigned tasks that align with your learning objectives.

Additional responsibilities may be included as needed.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

Current student with a strong academic record and a desire to gain practical experience.

Enthusiastic and willing to take on new challenges.

Ability to follow directions and stay organized.

Open to learning new skills and knowledge.

Desired Skills/Qualifications:

Must be at least 15/16 years old (set individually by each partnered organization offering internships We encourage you to apply regardless of age.)

Basic proficiency with technology and software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).

Effective time management and task prioritization skills.

Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.

Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with others.
