Job Summary:
We're looking for a Fundraising and Grants Officer to help secure funding for our programs and services. The successful candidate will research and identify potential funding sources, develop grant proposals, and build relationships with donors and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Research and identify potential funding sources (grants, donations, sponsorships).
2. Develop and write grant proposals, reports, and fundraising materials.
3. Build and maintain relationships with donors, stakeholders, and funding agencies.
4. Assist in developing and implementing fundraising strategies and campaigns.
5. Conduct prospect research and donor profiling.
6. Manage grant applications, submissions, and reporting requirements.
7. Collaborate with program staff to gather information for grant proposals.
8. Develop and maintain a grants calendar and tracking system.
9. Analyze and report on fundraising progress and metrics.
10. Provide support for events, campaigns, and other fundraising initiatives.
Key Requirements:
1. 2+ years of experience in fundraising, grant writing, or a related field.
2. Proven track record of securing grants and funding.
3. Excellent writing, research, and communication skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Strong organizational and time management skills.
6. Familiarity with grant management software and databases.
7. Passion for Casey's mission and values.
