Are you passionate about history and digital education? Do you have marketing expertise and a knack for creative problem-solving? World History Encyclopedia is seeking a volunteer Head of Marketing to join our mission of making world history freely accessible to everyone.

We are particularly interested in applications from retirees whose career was in the world of marketing. This would be an excellent way to stay engaged and share your wealth of experience with our international team.

World History Encyclopedia is a non-profit organi z ation publishing the world's most-read history encyclopedia. Our mission is to engage people with cultural heritage and to improve history education worldwide.

This is an unpaid volunteer position that offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in global history education. If are able to devote at least 10 hours per week to this position, we’d like to hear from you.

Your work will help students, teachers, and the general public appreciate cultural heritage, widen their horizons, and enable them to better understand the globalized world we live in today.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be at least 30
  • 10 hours per week
  • Proven marketing experience of at least five years, preferably in the non-profit, publishing or educational sectors. Experience with both digital and non-digital marketing activities.
