Becoming a Meals on Wheels volunteer for CareLink takes just 1 hour a week. Volunteers pick up 10-15 meals and deliver them to homebound seniors in Little Rock, North Little Rock, or Maumelle, providing both essential nutrition and a friendly visit. This service is a lifeline, improving the health and well-being of older adults in our community.

By volunteering, you make a direct, tangible impact on the lives of seniors. Meals on Wheels ensures they receive not just a hot meal, but also vital social interaction, often being the only personal contact they have all day. The time commitment is manageable-just one lunch hour each week, Monday through Friday.

CareLink offers comprehensive training, established routes, and convenient meal pick-up locations, making the process simple and efficient. Whether you're an individual or part of a group, volunteering provides a meaningful way to engage with your community. Corporate teams, church groups, and businesses are also encouraged to join, fostering team spirit and enhancing community involvement.
