Role Overview
As a Website Update Volunteer, you will collaborate with our team to refresh and optimize our website, ensuring it effectively represents our mission and is user-friendly for visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Update website content and ensure accuracy
- Improve the site's design, layout, and navigation for a better user experience
- Implement mobile responsiveness and accessibility features
- Assist in integrating new functionalities such as donation forms, newsletters, or event pages
- Conduct testing to ensure smooth performance across devices and browsers
Skills We’re Looking For
- Experience in web design, development, or content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace)
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or similar web development tools (preferred but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with SEO best practices is a plus
