Data Entry Specialist - responsible for inputting data and making changes to existing data figures in digital databases. Duties include inputting data from paper documents into digital spreadsheets, updating order statuses for customers and double-checking work to make sure data is input correctly.
Responsibilities:
- Create spreadsheets to track important customer information and orders
- Transfer data from hard copy to a digital database
- Update customer informatiom in a database
- Organize existing data in a spreadsheet
- Verifiy outdated data and make necessary changes to records
- Operate common office equipment, like scanners and printers
- Search for and investigate information contained in files
- Perform regular database backups to secure data
- Input text-based and numerical information from source documents
- Provide occaisional administrative support
- Sort and organize hard copies of paperwork after entering data electronically
- Review data for deficieencies or errors
- Assist with special projects that require large amounts of data entry
- Provide data entry eupport across departments on an ad-hoc basis
- Type in data quickly and efficiently

Description
Bible Stories Theatre of Fine & Performing Arts [BSTFPA], as the name implies, is a biblically -based theatre founded on the parables of the Holy Scriptures. Because the performing arts allow children to express themselves in different ways, involvement in dance, drama and music courses is often responsible for keeping them in school. Our goal, understanding that the arts must be an integral part of every child's education, will help to develop self-esteem, self-discipline, self-motivation and cooperation skills necessary for success in life.
Our undertaking refers to all of the areas of fine and performing arts; and aside from our stage productions, there are the visual arts, classical music, jazz improvisation, music compositions and poetry. Our intellectual agenda_ under our Learning in the Arts programs for children and youth will empower the Inner City's poor and low-income families with the potential to become great young artists and encourage them to develop their gifts and pursue their artistic goals.
