Do you enjoy people? Want to interact and share what BBD does wih people in the community? Attend community events with information and training provided to share the needs and mission of BBD! Educate, answer questions, and recruit donors and volunteers. It's a fun way to be with people and help BBD in saving lives. Training online and in-person. Blood Bank of Delmarva is a non-profit community service organization that provides blood and blood products to 19 hospitals on the Delmarva Peninsula. More than 79,000 blood donations are needed in this area each year for about 20,000 patients across the Delmarva Peninsula. Blood Bank of Delmarva is a member of America’s Blood Centers.
