Schedule: 5 hours per week M-F
Reports to: Director, People Immersion
Duration: 3 Months (October through December)
What We Look for in the Ideal Candidate
- At least 1 year proven experience in developing or implementing mentorship programs.
- Strong understanding of mentorship principles and best practices.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to create engaging training materials and conduct effective training sessions.
- Capable, and adapts as needed, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with non-profit organizations is a plus.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Program Design
- Develop a structured mentorship framework, including objectives, timelines, methodologies, expected outcomes tailored to the needs of our employees, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Resource Development
- Create training materials, handbooks, guidelines, and other resources necessary for mentors and mentees.
- Implement a process for recruiting, screening, and matching mentors with mentees based on skills, interests, and goals.
- Implementation Strategy
- Design an implementation plan that includes timelines, milestones, and evaluation metrics.
- Training
- Conduct training sessions for mentors and mentees to ensure they understand their roles, responsibilities, and the benefits of the program.
- Evaluation
- Develop evaluation tools to measure the program's effectiveness that inform recommendations for improvement.

- Professional Qualifications
- Experience in designing and implementing mentorship or training programs.
- Experience in adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Highly responsive communicator
- Excellent verbal communication skills
