Santa wants you to help him gear up for another memorable year on the iconic North Pole Adventure(tm). Volunteering your time and holiday spirit is one of the most generous gifts to give this holiday season . . . plus it ensures a spot on the nice list!
Opportunities available include:
Onboard Elf - plays a crucial role in creating a magical and enchanting experience. Creates a festive atmosphere by welcoming passengers, help with seating, leading activities like letter writing to Santa, prepping cookies and hot chocolate. Main responsibilities include spreading cheer, laughter and happiness and ensuring passengers have a joyful experience. Engages with passengers and leads festive songs and activities.
Santa - brings joy and happiness to children of all ages. Visits with guests and listens to their wish lists. Poses for photos and videos.
North Pole Elf - fill the North Pole with rolic and welcome the train and its guests as they pull into the station.

To provide educational, recreational and heritage railroad experiences and provide alternative transportation to and within Cuyahoga Valley National park and the Ohio & Erie Canalway.
Description
Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad provides transportation to and within Cuyahoga Valley National Park (CVNP) under a joint operating agreement and is dedicated to the preservation of passenger rail transportation in Cuyahoga Valley and along the historic Ohio & Erie Canalway. CVSR is a private sector, not-for-profit 501 c (3) volunteer supported organization. More than 200,000 people annually ride the rails of CVSR, supported by 100,000 volunteer hours. Scenic train excursions are offered twelve months of the year, along with a variety of special events, including dinner trains, wine-tasting and beer tasting excursions, canvas and wine evenings, family events, and more.
