As the Community Engagement Specialist for Take Back Your Data, you will be the voice of our movement, actively engaging with our supporters and fostering a strong, vibrant community. You’ll manage communications with our audience through social media, forums, and events, ensuring that our community remains informed, motivated, and excited about our mission. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for building relationships and empowering individuals to take action.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with the Take Back Your Data community on social media, forums, and other platforms.
- Respond to community questions, comments, and messages in a timely and supportive manner.
- Organize and promote community events, both virtual and in-person, to build relationships and spread awareness.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to create content that drives engagement.
- Monitor and report on community sentiment and feedback to help inform strategy.
