Live Inspired Brevard, Inc is a Support & Wellness Community serving a broad population of people underserved or disadvantaged by their health conditions or circumstances in Brevard County by focusing on 5 core pillars of social support: emotional, esteem, social network, informational, tangible. We offer or partner with people or organizations to provide health and wellness services such as counseling, physical therapy and exercise, creative expression, gardening, caregiving, financial planning, and other essential life and health resources. Our resource community offers access to a network of healthcare professionals, consultants, and experts who provide the means to conquer various issues or assist clients to develop the necessary life skills to be self-sufficient, improve quality of life . . . and LIVE INSPIRED! www.LiveInspiredBrevard.org

Our organized peer support programs allow clients to experience commonality with similar life circumstances and health conditions, find empathy discussing shared concerns, and gain motivation to practice effective coping methods.

As a grant writer, you will research, draft, and submit grant proposals to foundations, government agencies, and other funding sources. We have a subscription to the GrantStation databse to aid you to scope out grant opportunities that could potentially fund our current programs (above), as well as help us expand to offer more wellness programs (artisitc/creative expression, fitness classes, physical therapy, mental health counseling, health/wellness education, etc.)

• Research potential grant opportunities that align with Live Inspired Brevard's mission and goals.
• Develop and write compelling grant proposals and supporting documents.
• Collaborate with Live Inspired Brevard Board & team to gather necessary information for proposals.
• Maintain a calendar of grant deadlines and ensure timely submissions.
• Track the progress of submitted grants and follow up as needed.
• Assist in reporting requirements for awarded grants.

You would work remotely and mostly independently, with flexibility to work from anywhere, while making a significant impact on the growth of Live Inspired Brevard.
