ORGANIZATION: Bridging The Gap

Tree Planting

Volunteer with Bridging The Gap's Heartland Tree Alliance to plant trees in the Amber Lakes area! Grow our urban tree canopy by planting in neighborhoods and parks with our Heartland Tree Alliance program. All supplies and training provided. We look forward to working with you!

No prior tree planting experience is necessary. Tools and equipment will be provided. Min age: 14, with adult supervision. All volunteers must register in advance by completing online registration here: https://www.tfaforms.com/4807761?shiftid=a04Nu000004QmgE& jobid=a025d000013A3PQ

Bridging The Gap (BTG) educates citizens, businesses and governments about the impact their decisions have on our environment. We help them follow through with direct action to make our world, region and community green, healthy and sustainable.

BTG does this by working to create awareness of our environment and the need to make our communities sustainable at every level and in all life activities -- in homes, workplaces, schools and neighborhoods. In all of our work, we seek to create partnerships among governments, businesses, community leaders and individuals to improve our community by making it healthy and sustainable for our future.
