Position Overview: The Social Media Coordinator will play a key role in managing Pathway to Recovery’s social media presence across multiple platforms. This individual will create engaging content, grow our online community, and promote our programs, services, and events to increase awareness and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the organization’s goals.
• Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Monitor social media accounts for engagement, comments, and inquiries, responding in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze and report on social media performance, making recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with the marketing and program teams to promote events, campaigns, and fundraising efforts.
• Stay updated on social media trends and implement new ideas to increase reach and engagement.
• Build relationships with influencers and partners to amplify our message.
