Position Title: Volunteer Global Spiritual Awakening Prayer Coordinator

Reports To: Sync Founder/CEO

Position Summary: The Volunteer Global Spiritual Awakening Prayer Coordinator is responsible for organizing the ministry’s prayer efforts. This includes recruiting and training volunteers with the help of the Sync with God website: https://syncwithgod.com to join the prayer team, equipping others to facilitate prayer events in their local areas, and networking with others to expand prayer for the purpose of spiritual awakening to launch a disciple making movement globally (2 Chron. 7:14; Matthew 28:18-20).

Primary Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Training:
• Identify and recruit volunteers passionate about intercessory prayer.
• Provide training and resources to equip prayer team members.
• Foster a supportive and spiritually enriching environment for the prayer team.
• Prayer Coordination:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive prayer strategy for the ministry focused on spiritual awakening leading to a disciple making movement
• Organize regular prayer meetings.
• Ensure prayer coverage for all ministry activities and events.
• Communication and Reporting:
• Maintain regular communication with prayer team members.
• Provide updates and reports to the Ministry Director on prayer activities and outcomes.
• Share prayer requests and praise reports with the team and the broader ministry community.
• Spiritual Leadership:
• Lead by example in personal prayer and spiritual disciplines.
• Encourage and support the spiritual growth of prayer team members.
• Promote a culture of prayer within the ministry.

Qualifications:

• A committed Christian with a strong personal prayer life.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire others in prayer.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and events.
• Experience in volunteer recruitment and coordination is a plus.

Time Commitment:

• Approximately 10 to 15 hours per week, with flexibility for additional time during special events or peak ministry periods.

Training and Support:

• Initial training and ongoing support provided by the Ministry Director.
• Access to resources and materials to support prayer initiatives.
