ORGANIZATION: Special Olympics Montana

SOMT Logo

Special Olympics in the Bozeman/Belgrade/Livingston Area is searching for an Area Director! Do you enjoy working with a team of dynamic volunteer leaders? Do you have vision, leadership qualities and a desire to be part of an amazing global movement?

The Area Director comes alongside the Assistant Area Director, Area Management Team and Outreach Coordinator in assisting what we call the Big Sky Area Team with administrative and event leadership. The AD serves as a liaison between the Special Olympics Montana staff, the AMT and other volunteers in the field. Overseeing team and area finances while directing the area calendar and meetings, the AD is the face of Special Olympics in the greater Bozeman area.

This is a volunteer, non-paid position, although allowable expense reimbursements are available.

Come be a driving factor and a part of something great, helping individuals with intellectual disabilities train for life through sports. If you are interested in this or other positions, please click "I Want to Help" or contact Robert Graves, rgraves@somt.org.
