Position Overview: The Volunteer Google Ads Manager will be responsible for managing our Google Ad Grant, including the creation, execution, and optimization of text-based ads to support our mission. This role ensures that we follow all Google Ad Grant rules and guidelines while driving engagement, visibility, and donations for Dream Factory of Brooklyn. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize the Google Ad Grant account to maximize ad spend and impact.
  • Create and monitor text-based ads that align with organizational goals and campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with all Google Ad Grant rules and guidelines.
  • Regularly analyze ad performance and report key metrics to the marketing team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align ad campaigns with broader digital strategies.
  • Utilize Google Analytics and other reporting tools to track website traffic and conversions driven by ads.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend changes to increase ad effectiveness.
Qualifications:
  • Experience managing Google Ad Grants or Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Knowledge of Google Ad Grant rules and guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively identify opportunities for optimization.
Time Commitment:
  • Flexible hours, with an estimated commitment of 5-10 hours per week.
  • This is a remote position, with opportunities to collaborate virtually with the marketing team.

The Dream Factory was established as an all-volunteer wish-granting organization in 1980. In the past thirty plus years, it has grown into one of the nations largest wish-granting organizations with local chapters across the country and a national Headquarters in Louisville, Kentucky.

The Dream Factory is about children: critically and chronically ill children whose lives have been challenged in ways that the average person cannot comprehend.

The Dream Factory exists to bring some happiness into these lives. As a Dream Factory volunteer, you will interact with children and their families, with other volunteers, members of the medical community and social services agencies, and with donors, sponsors and other members of the community.
