- Strategize and execute volunteer recruitment plans.

Responsibilities:
- Help develop and implement volunteer workforce recruitment activities.
- Recruit new volunteers for all lines of service, assisting prospective volunteers through on-ine application and onboarding process.
- Assist with virtual (online) and in-person presentations to key stakeholders and prospective voluteers.
- Identify, establish, and help to build relationships with key external partners and volunteer recruitment sources.
- Research and help to coordinate outreach effots, including attending community events and related activities.
- Attend regularly scheduled meetings and activities and stay current on all training.
- Additional related duties as discussed with supervisor.
